It’s time for a little holiday at Exponential Audio. We’ll be closed from December 25th until January 2. So we may not see your support requests for a while. We’d like to wish you a happy holiday and a prosperous 2019.
If you need help, first check and see if your software is up to date. You can do this by clicking on the Exponential Audio logo in the plugin. This will show you the version, format (AU, VST, etc) and whether the plugin is running in 32 or 64 bit mode.
Check to see if your software is up to date by going to the Download page and checking the most recent version. Your problem may already be fixed.
There's also a page that lists a few common issues and shows how to solve them. You can see that page here.
But if you still need help, try to request it from the info page of the plugin (there's a link at the bottom to request help). This will gather up information about how the plugin is running and may reveal the problem. It may also show ways in which the plugin can be improved.
But if you can't launch the plugin at all, then press the 'Request Support' button to get in contact.
