Sitting in the auditorium of the cinema in London this weekend watching the final instalment of The Hobbit, it was hard to believe that those huge landscapes and internal spaces were created in the box with some of the best 3D software on the planet. However eyes were only giving half of the information. Ears were placing moviegoers inside everything from colossal caves to tiny rooms, all created with Exponential Audio reverbs.

Some say that seeing is believing, but our eyes are only half of the story when it comes to being convinced in the cinema, our ears also have to be convinced we are where our eyes tell us we are.

Exponential Audio are proud to work with many of the team who work at Park Road post, contributing to everything from dialogue editing to music, and who rely on Exponential Audio reverbs to get the job done.

The journey through Middle Earth may have come to its conclusion but we know that our artists will continue on their professional journey with Exponential Audio.
